Mr. Kong holds a Bachelor Degree of Business Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Master Degree of Arts in Quantitative Analysis for Business and a Master Degree of Business Administration from the City University of Hong Kong. He has over 19 years of experience in the management and development of property projects in the Mainland China.

He was registered with the Securities and Futures Commission as a responsible officer of a securities firm, a futures firm and a finance firm in Hong Kong. He has over 22 years of experience in the area of internal audit.

Dr. Chain is a registered medical practitioner and started private practice since 1978. He is a graduate of The University of Hong Kong. Dr. Chain was appointed as a vice chairman of Causeway Bay District Scout Council from 1986 to 1992. He was also a member of Kowloon West District Advisory Committee of The Hongkong Bank Foundation District Community Programme from 2000 to 2001.

Mr. Lam is a Certified Public Accountant (Practising). He is an associate member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom. Mr. Lam worked with Kwan Wong Tan & Fong and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu for over 10 years. He has over 20 years of experience in auditing, taxation, corporate finance and accounting. Mr. Lam is also an independent non-executive director of Oriental Press Group Limited and Yunnan Enterprises Holdings Limited, the shares of all of which are listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
