“One WanChai” is a redevelopment project at No 1 Wan Chai Road, Wanchai, undertaken with the Urban Renewal Authority. It is a residential/commercial complex development with a total gross floor area of approximately 159,700 square feet.
The project offers 237 residential units and some retail shops. Residential unit sizes range from 420 square feet to 1,800 square feet approximately.
Completion of the project is scheduled for end 2012 and it is expected to be launched in 2011.
