joined the Company in 2000 and is the Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary of the Company, Chinese Estates Holdings Limited (the holding company of the Company) and G-Prop (Holdings) Limited (a fellow subsidiary of the Company). Mr. Lam is a Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant (Practising) and holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. He also acts as a director for all subsidiaries of the Company. Mr. Lam has over 33 years of experience in auditing, finance and accounting.
